cancellation
free cancellation up to 48 hours before your booking. later cancellations are charged 50%.

rescheduling
reschedule once for free up to 24 hours before, subject to availability.
- 03
payment & deposit
a 50% deposit confirms your slot; the balance is paid on the day.

overtime
time past your booking is charged per started half hour at the hourly rate.
- 05
arrival & setup
setup and teardown are part of your booked time — arrive on time to make the most of it.
- 06
damage
equipment damaged through misuse is charged at repair or replacement cost.
